Child Safety Standards

Jagimo! has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everything on Jagimo!: topics, tosses (words and photos), captions, comments, usernames, and profile photos, and to how people behave toward each other in the app.

What is prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, computer-generated, or AI-generated imagery.
• Any content that sexualizes minors, including sexual comments about a child or a child's body.
• Grooming: befriending or manipulating a minor for sexual purposes, or trying to move a minor to another app or service for that purpose.
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of anyone.
• Soliciting or offering sexual content from or with a minor.
• Content that promotes or facilitates the trafficking of children.
• Sharing content that identifies child victims of abuse.

Jagimo! is rated 12+ and is not intended for children under 13. Anyone under 13 is not allowed to use it, and we delete accounts that we learn belong to a child under 13.

How to report

• In the app: on any topic, toss, or comment, open the menu and choose Report. You can also Block a person, which hides everything from them. Reported content is hidden for you immediately and sent to us for review.
• By email: woody@dogonahorse.com. Include the username and the topic or toss if you can. Please don't send us the images themselves.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

What we do

• We review child safety reports as our top priority.
• We remove CSAE content as soon as we're aware of it, and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement and the relevant authorities in other countries, as the law requires.
• We preserve information as required by law to support investigations.

How Jagimo! is built for safety

• There are no private messages. Everything posted is visible only inside jagimos, and tosses stay hidden until a jagimo is complete.
• Every piece of content can be reported, and every person can be blocked, from within the app.
• Anyone can delete their account and everything they posted at any time.
