Delete your Jagimo! account

Delete it in the app

This works the same on iPhone and Android and takes effect immediately.

1. Open Jagimo! and tap Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm it's you: enter your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google.
4. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email woody@dogonahorse.com from the email address on your account, with your username, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email, password, and linked Apple or Google sign-in), username, profile photo, and settings.
• Every toss you made, including photos, in every jagimo. Open jagimos get your spot back; finished mashups just show one fewer toss.
• Every jagimo you started, including other people's tosses in it, because the topic is yours.
• Your likes, comments, favorites, follows, blocks, ignores, and any open catch.
• Your devices' notification tokens.
• If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Jagimo!'s access to your Apple ID.

What we keep

• Reports you filed about other content are kept without your name, so we can finish reviewing them.
• Crash reports, which don't include your posts, are kept for up to 90 days.
• Information we're legally required to keep, such as material reported to the authorities under our Child Safety Standards.

Deleting your account can't be undone. Your username becomes available for someone else.

Delete only some of your data

You can delete a toss while its jagimo is still open, remove your profile photo in Profile, and unlike, uncomment, unfavorite, or unfollow at any time. For anything else, email us.
