Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dog on a Horse ("we", "us") about your use of the Jagimo! app and this website ("Jagimo!"). By creating an account or using Jagimo!, you agree to them, to our Content Policy, and to our Child Safety Standards. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use Jagimo!

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission). You may not use Jagimo! if we've banned you before or if the law doesn't allow it.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Your username must follow the Content Policy and can't pretend to be someone else. You can delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion).

3. Your content

You own the topics, tosses, photos, and comments you post. So we can run the game, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, and display your content in Jagimo!, and to show it to other players as the game works (for example, revealing your toss in a finished mashup). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content we must keep under the law.

Only post content you have the right to share. You're responsible for what you post.

4. Rules

Follow the Content Policy and the Child Safety Standards. Also, don't:

• interfere with Jagimo!, try to access it other than through the app, or get around its security or limits;
• use bots or scripts to create accounts or post;
• collect other players' information;
• use Jagimo! for anything illegal.

5. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, and suspend or end accounts, that break these terms, to protect other players, or when the law requires it. We may report illegal content to the authorities. You can stop using Jagimo! at any time.

6. The service

Jagimo! is free. We work to keep it running, but we may change, pause, or end features, or Jagimo! itself, at any time. Jagimo! is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for content posted by other players. Our total liability for any claim about Jagimo! is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. App stores

If you got Jagimo! from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to your download. Apple and Google aren't responsible for Jagimo! or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Jagimo! after changes take effect, you accept them.
